For over 30 years, I2S has been providing pipette repair and calibration to universities, hospitals, and biotech/pharmaceutical companies throughout the US. Our mission at I2S is providing confidence in the accuracy and precision of the laboratory equipment that you rely upon on in your research. Each of our field technicians have received extensive training on all makes and models of pipettes, and our service lab in Indianapolis, Indiana has been designed to include the latest state-of-the-art technology for both ongoing training and repair capabilities.  Microbalances and other test equipment used in the pipette calibration process are routinely inspected and calibrated by the manufacturer to ensure accuracy and precision.
