  • How do I schedule service?
    To schedule service, simply fill out the service request form hereand our service department will confirm your appointment and technician arrival time via email. Alternatively, you may email our service department directly at service@i2sinc.com, or to speak with someone over the phone, call 800-468-3437.
  • How long does service take?
    We know it’s challenging to be without vital tools for an extended period of time, which is why we provide onsite and same day calibration service. Our goal is to minimize the interruption to your work while providing the highest level of service to ensure your laboratory equipment is accurate and reliable.
  • Which brands do you service?
    I2S calibrates and repairs all brands, makes, and models of pipettes and balances/scales.
  • Do you warranty your work?
    I2S warranties all work and parts replaced for one year after the original service date. We stand behind our service to give our customers the peace of mind necessary to be confident in their work.
  • Are you ISO certified?
    I2S is fully accredited by A2LA to perform all levels of calibration service. From basic calibration often required by research staff to GLP/GMP certified laboratories, I2S can provide service at any level necessary to keep your equipment functional, accurate, and certified.
