How do I schedule service?
- To schedule service, simply fill out the service request form here and our service department will confirm your appointment and technician arrival time via email. Alternatively, you may email our service department directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, or to speak with someone over the phone, call 800-468-3437.

I2S calibrates and repairs all brands, makes, and models of pipettes and balances/scales.
Do you warranty your work?
I2S warranties all work and parts replaced for one year after the original service date. We stand behind our service to give our customers the peace of mind necessary to be confident in their work.
